This restaurant is taking advantage of the COVID-19 closure to reinvent its dining experience

We are excited to be working with a local favorite—Columbus Park Trattoria—in Stamford, CT to create a new and improved dining experience for its current and new customers. Despite the COVID-19 closures and the slow re-opening schedule, the owners of Columbus Park are optimistic to eventually return to a “new normal”, offering a warm and inviting space that is contemporary and influenced from the culture and customs of Puglia in Italy. The owners also plan to take advantage of the front windows and outdoor dining opportunities to provide safe, social distance dining. The full redesign is planned for Fall 2020.
